The large porch offers the perfect setting for a family barbecue sharing relaxing conversations. During the summer, the private chlorine pool of 10m x 4m with a depth of 0.5m to 1.8m is the preferred place of our guests. Four sun loungers are available for sun lovers and thanks to the outdoor shower you can refresh quickly. The large garden with lemon and orange trees offers plenty of space for a picnic with children. The old closed waer well, nowadays only decorative, recalls the past of this farm. The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. In the living room, equipped with AC and wooden stove, you can watch a movie on the satellite TV . If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a gas stove.You can rest in three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and A/C and the other one with two single beds, fan and radiator. One has a direct access to the terrace, but does not offer wardrobe. The other two do have closet. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The city of Inca offers many services, supermarkets, shops and a nice old town with the church. We recommend you try our Mallorcan cuisine that warms your stomach and heart and this experience you can enjoy in one of the cellers, the typical restaurants of the island. Thursdays is market day in Inca and you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit from local farmers, clothing, crafts and souvenirs. About half an hour by car you will reach the north coast and fine sandy beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. Also the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença are recommended.
