Villa Can Guerxonet is located in the interior of the Mediterranean island of Ibiza, which is known for its special reputation as a party and at the same time recreation resort. The idyllically situated holiday home is located near the village of San Augustín. It has a living room with rustic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 of which have an ensuite bathroom), another bathroom and can accommodate 10 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. It also has Wi-Fi, an alarm system, satellite TV, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs for children (both on request). Outside there is a fantastic view of the surrounding vegetation and the mountains of Ibiza. The 40 m² pool invites to a refreshing bath and several seats, such as a long table and a comfortable lounge, provide for relaxing holidays with a delicious meal and a glass of wine. The villa is located in a very quiet environment and is therefore perfect for families or a group of couples looking for absolute relaxation. The centre of San José can be reached in 4 km or 6 minutes by car and you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a supermarket there. The beautiful white sandy beach Cala Tarida can be reached after 7,7 km or by car in 13 minutes and the small bay Es Torrent is only 9 minutes away by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The celebration of parties is not permitted. Please respect the nighttime quiet hours starting at midnight. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
