The Can Brugada detached house presents two apartments: the Can Brugada charming apartment located on the ground floor and the l'Estany charming apartment on the upper floor. The house is surrounded by a 500 square meter garden, with a beautiful pergola equipped with garden furniture from where you can enjoy pleasant evenings. The vehicle can be parked inside the property. The charming apartment l'Estany is originally decorated with restored furniture and author's paintings, with independent access through an external staircase. Equipped with two suites, one of them with a 180 cm wide bed (king size) and the other with a 150 cm wide bed in the room, with memory foam mattresses and pillows, to enjoy the rest you deserve. It has two full bathrooms, one in each room. Kitchen-diner with TV, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric oven and refrigerator.
