Please note that a damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. It is a modern and very nice apartment in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, overlooking the ocean, in a complex with communal swimming pool and parking. It has 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, dishwasher, WIFI, TV, 8 m2 terrace with sea views. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The complex is located about 200 m from the sea in the area with restaurants, bars and nightclubs

Playa de las Américas is the party capital of Tenerife, that’s the most important aspect to remember about this lively resort on the south coast of the island. Young people head to Playa de las Américas for its hedonistic appeal; in particular the one kilometre stretch known as Verónicas that is packed with nightclubs, cabaret bars, live music venues, shops and restaurants. If you are looking for peace and quiet, then perhaps Playa de las Américas may not be for you.
