Beautiful, spacious and very well equipped villa, entirely renovated in 2018 situated on a totally fenced private plot with a swimming pool of 10x5. From the villa, walk 30m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy a natural, sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag. This fantastic non-smoking villa is just perfect for 8-9 persons. The living part with its spacious lounge and open fire and the dining room with its open kitchen profit from large windows that can be opened completely in summer and in such giving these rooms a very airy & light atmosphere. There is also a separated toilet just before the sleeping area. The sleeping area is separated with a sliding door from the living area. The villa is situated at the end of a quiet street that gives direct access to a famous beach called Les Deveses. There is a little supermarket that opens during the summer months and various restaurants and bars accessible by foot. The bus stop to Denia is just at the other end of the street. The center of Els Poblets is 5’ drive from the villa, here you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc... Denia center is only 12 km away from the villa en is easily accessible by car within 15’. Denia and its environment offers an excellent infrastructure and a large choice of activities, a fantastic & modern marina, a fishing port, a beautiful historic center and a wide choice of good restaurants. The diversity along the 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sports activities, quiet areas, beach bars, bays in the nature reserve ideal for diving and snorkeling. Denia is located between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are about 1 hour by car. In 20 minutes to maximum 1 hour you can reach several other beautiful places at the coast, such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante to the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia to the north.
