This apartment is ideal for families, couples or groups up to 5 people. Recently renovated flat, decorated and refurbished in a modern and elegant style, located on the ground floor. It consists of: A spacious and bright living room with a "chaise longue" sofa bed, with fully equipped american style kitchen bar. A first main room with a queen size bed for 2 adults with a babycot up to 3 years old baby available if required for free. Another second smaller room with a bunker bed and an a single bed, ready to accommodate 3 kids. Both, the doble room and the living room, have direct access to its private terrace, which has also been decorated with a chill out and modern elegant style atmosphere, natural flowers, good quality artificial grass on the floor, candles, a sofa and a big folding table. Our terrace also has an awning to provide our guests a private atmosphere in where to spend a romantic time, just for chilling hours outdoors or ideal for the kids to play. Maximun capacity for different options: Option 1= 2 adults + 3 kids + 1 baby in a babycot. (2+3+1 baby up to 3 years old) Option 2: One or Two single couple= 4 adults. Option 3: A group up to 5 people.

Located opposite the Médano dock, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the bay, its beaches and coastline. A 2 minute walk from the main town square, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It's location is ideal to go out and explore the town in any direction across the coastline, where you will enyoy the diversity of it’s views and the relaxing feeling provided by the sound of the sea. Medano is also a nice place to practise sports such as surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddelsurfing, snorkeling and trecking.
