Bright, quiet and cosy apartment 50m from a quiet beach in one of the best residential areas of Malaga and very close to the city centre with its vibrant life. In front of the Pablo Ruiz Picasso promenade, east of Malaga. (Bellavista). Very easy and fast communication with the city centre On the fourth floor with elevator and view of the beach and the bay. Ideal for a couple. We like to receive our guests, but currently, with the restrictions of the Covid-19, we do so indirectly through the electronic doorman. We follow a demanding cleaning and disinfection protocol and make available to our guests gels and hydroalcohol spray.
My name is Francisco and Maria is my wife. We are a couple who love to read, travel and meet people and their cultures. Maria is a lawyer and likes to paint. Our house and apartment have many of her works. I am a retired engineer and between the two of us we manage the rental property. This is the part of our house that we have adapted as an apartment for children living abroad. They come only sporadically and leave this space empty most of the time.
Located next to one of the quietest beaches in Malaga, with several beach bars (chiringuitos) and well equipped with services such as beach hammocks, showers, children's games with zip line and lifeguard in summer. The street have several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bus stop, ATM, medical services and taxi ranks. Especially a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop are less than 20 m from the dooorway. The street is a blue parking area and if you can't find a place, it's usually not difficult to find it in the parallel street which is not a blue area and therefore with free parking. We can also rent you a parking space in the basement. The apartment is 25 minutes walking distance from downtown, port and Muelle Uno and 10 minutes by bus. Bus lines 3, 11, 33 and 34 take you to the centre in 19 minutes. All of those stops bus are right in front of the front door of the house. You just have to cross the street. During the day there are buses every 10 minutes or so and there are also night buses from 23:00 onwards. Line 3 drops you off at Malaga's train, metro and bus station, from where you can reach the airport and get around the province.
