It is situated in a beautiful urbanization with 2 swimming pools - one of them is for the kids;benefits from high speed Wi-Fi and a private terrace. It is a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a separate living room. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a 150*200(king size)bed with a high comfort mattress in the bedroom. There is also sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 2 guests more for extra charge. The living room has access to the private terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views and sunsets. Private parking is next to the house. It is an amiable residential neighborhood. There are restaurants, a beach club, gym, shops, a supermarket, and a Golf course. A children's club is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Public and private parking is available. With a car, taxi or local bus you will be able to explore the surrounding area in any direction. It takes ca. 15 min to the center of Marbella or Estepona, 10 min to Puerto Banus. A 50 minute drive will see you in Gibraltar or Malaga Airport.
