The apartment had a good location in a tranquil neighborhood and equipment was of a very high standard and very complete. The view to the sea is nice and the way to the beach is just a few meters. We very much enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony looking out to the sea.

Modern Beach Apartment in San Agustin, newly refurbished for up to 2 people. The beach is only a 1 minute walk as well as restaurants and supermarkets. This nice apartment counts on one double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. This is a very simple and comfortable apartment with terrace providing a dining area facing the garden and oceanviews. This appartment is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beach, pharmacies...on foot. The promenade leads to San Agustin and Las Burras beaches and with a further and pleasant walk you can get to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas resorts. This is the perfect apartment for a comfortable beach holiday with all amenities at hand. **One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request) **This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
