One-bedroom apartment with all facilities needed for a longer or shorter stay on Tenerife, located in the calm environment of Costa del Silencio on a secure and very well maintained complex. The apartment is a corner apartment on the first floor. The apartment is fully equipped for two adults. It has an American style kitchen, equipped with all you need to prepare meals, including fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. There is a dining area in the apartment, as well as a table and chairs on the balcony. The living area has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. It leads trough French doors to a balcony with panorama view from the Teide in the North to Montana Amarilla and Montana Roja in the East and the Atlantic ocean in the South. The bedroom has an elevation adjustable bed and in-built wardrobes with plenty of storage space. From the bed and from the balcony you can view the sunrise. The bathroom has shower, bidet, WC and a sink installed in a marble top. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available in the apartment. Two sunbeds are available for use at the pool area. The apartment complex has beautiful gardens, a pool area with shared outdoor pool and a bar. There are supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops within short walking distance, where you can enjoy eating al fresco. The coastal village of Las Galletas is about 20 minutes’ walk, where you will find lots of small shops and restaurants/ small cafes with view over the marina and beach. Take the opportunity to visit: Siam Park (the largest water park in Europe), Monkey Park, Aqua Land. Loro Parque and Teide National Park. You can arrange trips for Dolphin and Whale watching, as well as diving. Many interesting and varied hiking trips, from coastal walks to mountain hikes, are in the vicinity or can be easily reached by bus or car. There is a bus stop close by with busses running every 20 minutes to the nearby main resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas The nearest airport is Tenerife South (Aeropuerto Reina Sofia) and the transfer is only 18 minutes by Car/Taxi.
