The apartment has been totally refurbished and it is really spacious and bright, with four balconies. It is located right in the City Center, in Atocha district, just a few minutes away from Sol, Plaza Mayor or Prado museum, perfect for sightseeing Madrid while enjoying the most typical Spanish culture. When entering, you will find yourself in an open designed space with its stays well differenciated. The kitchen has been totally renovated and has been full-equipped with every comfort and it also has a dining area. The living room is very extensive and has been furnished in a classic style combined with every modern commodity. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a comfortable shower. There are also another three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds in each room and the last one with a double bed and another en suite bathroom. Finally, there is a separate bathroom.

Atocha, located in the center of Madrid, is provided with one of the greatest locations in the city and is really well communicated by public transport. It is near the well-known “Triangle of Art” area (that comprises Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum), as well as Sol, Gran Vía street and the Retiro Park. It is a perfect neighbourhood if you want to visit the most important touristic attractions of the city center and its stunning leisure and gastronomic offer. GETTING AROUND PUBLIC TRANSPORT Sol subway Station (Lines 1,2, 3) - 10 minutes away Atocha subway Station (Line 1) - 5 minutes away Several bus stops to all directions. ON FOOT - Puerta del Sol: 15 minutes - Plaza Mayor: 25 minutes - Palacio Real: 30 minutes - Gran Vía: 20 minutes HOW TO ARRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT - Subway/Metro (45 minutes aprox and 4,50Euros) At the airport take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios station. In N.Ministerios transfer to line 10 to Plaza de España station.
