My cozy and bright penthouse is located in the heart of the City of Turia, in the district of Ruzafa, close to all kinds of restaurants, bars and cafes, on the top floor of a beautiful building renovated with elevator. It does not matter if you travel alone, with your family or friends - up to four people can stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a balcony to enjoy your breakfast in the sun, a large flat screen TV and, of course, a free Wi-Fi access. There are also sheets and bedding, towels, gel and shampoo at no additional cost. The room with a double bed opens onto a small balcony where you can start the day wonderfully with a breakfast in the sun. The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed for two people in a minute. A small bathroom with shower, the fully equipped kitchen and a dressing room with plenty of storage space complete the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need so you can prepare what you buy at the nearby Ruzafa Market and even a juicer so you can enjoy an exquisite juice of Valencian oranges.

I fell in love with Valencia in the year 2000 and lived here for 15 years. Valencia and especially the Ruzafa district are still my favorite places to spend sunny, relaxing or boisterous days. Whatever you are looking for during your stay: culture, party, beach, shopping, good wine and good tapas bars, Valencia has it all! And the best, remains the hidden beauty of the Mediterranean coast of Spain. I will be very happy to share "my city" with national and international visitors. Ruzafa is my favorite neighborhood in Valencia. It is located between downtown and beach. Next to the green lung of the city, the Turia River Park (approx 500m.) With the Music Palace, L'Oceanogràfic and the City of Arts and Sciences. We are ten minutes walk from the historic center. In recent years, the neighborhood has become a modern area, with all kinds of restaurants, cafes and bars, but maintains its authenticity and taste as one of the "lifelong" neighborhoods of the city. Ruzafa maintains its small streets and old but restored buildings. The pleasant terraces alternate between quiet streets and squares but with that spark that makes you feel that you are in the right place to enjoy. Emblematic is the Market Ruzafa with its stalls of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables brought directly from the Valencian garden and the bar inside the market, where they make delicious lunches with a luxury raw material. There are also fantastic shops, small spaces that exude creativity, art galleries and bookstores where you can have a vermouth. Everything is special in Ruzafa. You can get to almost everything on foot from my apartment.
