This property is located in a quiet semi-pedestrian street in the colonial centre of Puerto de la Cruz, 70 metres from a square around which you will find a large number of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops offering a wide variety of products and services. In this square is the beautiful church of Nuestra Señora de la Peña de Francia, which is often used as a landmark in the town. From the square you can walk towards the famous "Plaza del Charco" which is the geographic and neuralgic centre of the town and in the opposite direction towards the promenade of San Telmo, which offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and where you will find the Playa de San Telmo, a small black sand beach with crystal clear waters. The beach is popular with locals and tourists alike, and has numerous restaurants and bars along its promenade. At the end of this promenade you reach the swimming pools of the "Lago Martiánez" complex and the black sandy Martiánez beach, where surfing is popular.
