Days before your arrival we will contact you at the telephone number you provided in the reservation to specify the time of your arrival. Depending on availability and prior request, if the apartment is free and clean, check-in can be done before the time established as a general rule, 5:00 p.m. (Subject to availability in high season). This factor depends on the departure time of previous guests and the time the cleaning team needs to prepare the new stay. Please note that if your check-in time will be after 8:00 p.m., you must let us know so that we can deposit your keys in a keybox so that you can collect them independently. To pay the deposit, you will have the option of paying it physically at the agency or doing it remotely through the Paygold system.
