My name is Carlos, I became an owner in 2002 and I am completely in love with my home island Gran Canaria, a fantastic place under the sun , surrounded by countless beaches, charming villages and that boasts tradition. I created now the site VILLAGRANCANARIA. 20 years ago all started as a hobby to me, I made an investment and soon enough my friends decided to do so as well and trusted me to help them rent their houses, nowadays, I manage over 200 properties all around the island with the help of a qualified team of 15 people. Located in a very lively yet quiet street, restaurants, shops and supermarkets just round the corner and Las Canteras Beach 200 metres away. Very well connected to central area and old town having Santa Catalina Park main bus station a 3 minute walk from it. **One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request) **Late check in carry extra charges.

The jewel in the crown is Playa de las Canteras, the pearl the city doesn’t keep hidden away. It is a long strip of sand that stretches for miles along the bay, a place of special charm you will find only 3 or 4 blocks along from the cruise terminal.
