The Marcomar 3000 Apartments can accommodate from 4 to 6 people and have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a beach holiday, complete bathroom and living room with television. The flats available are: Flats 2/4 persons with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Flats 4/6 persons with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee machine and kitchenware appropriate to the capacity of each unit. As for the distribution of the beds, the most common is one bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds in the case of the 2-bedroom flats, with the possibility of both a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds in the case of the one-bedroom flats. The client can indicate a preference for the type of bed and this will be taken into account although it is not guaranteed until arrival. Bed linen is provided for all guests as well as a basic cleaning kit for first use. In the summer season of 2022, the swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September

The Marcomar 3000 Apartments are located in Alcocéber, a pretty coastal town in Castellón. The flats are located 1.5 kilometres from Las Fuentes beach and two kilometres from the town centre. They are also just one kilometre from the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. If you are travelling by train, the nearest station is Alcalá de Xivert, which is just over 10 minutes away. For those travelling by bus during the high season, Alcocéber can be reached from the main Spanish cities; Barcelona, Madrid, Zaragoza, Valencia, Bilbao... as well as Castellón airport, which is less than half an hour away, from which you can reach the complex via the local taxi service. Due to its special location in a quiet and secluded urbanization, the best option is to arrive by car, Valencia is located just over 100km away, Barcelona 200km and Zaragoza less than 250km. In addition, in the vicinity of the flats you will find services such as supermarkets and pharmacies less than 1.5 kilometres away, as well as numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy of Alcocéber.
