Apartment for vacation rental with 3 bedrooms (with airconditioning), distributed on two levels with terrace. It is located on the ground floor in the Ferrera Park Complex in Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or. In the complex there is a community pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks. Cala Ferrera beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment 103 is divided into 2 floors. The entrance is at street level. Here you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds, another with a double bed and a shower-room. Going down the spiral staircase you will reach the lowerer floor. Here there is another bedroom with double bed with compact en-suite shower-room. Open kitchen area, table for meals and living room with access to the terrace with views of the garden and the sea. Air conditioning with fixed and limited hours in the bedrooms and living room. Spiral staircase not suitable for people with reduced mobility. If you need more information, please contact us. In the complex there is a community pool with sea views and direct access to the sea from the rocks. Cala Ferrera beach is only a 5-minute walk away. There are no sunbeds available. From the rocks you can access the sea through a metal staircase. Well-kept garden with lawns and lots of pine trees, giving it a cool and pleasant atmosphere.
