Ideal location in the town centre, but also due to the elevated position quiet and private. This lovely spacious apartment, was also nicely furnished and well equipped. The large terrace was fabulous, you see the sunrise and sunset from here, so sunny all day long. Beaches all within walking distance, the town beach is within 5 minutes, but when swimming watch out for the waves created when the ferries are going in and out, so we just walked abit further along to the larger Playa Dorada beach. Lots of great shops, cafes and restaurants all around and there is a large Hippo Dino supermarket with a meat and fish counter just behind the road above. Easy key collection arrangement from a coded locker. We would book this apartment again.

Featuring a private furnished terrace with Atlantic Ocean views, Apartamento Vista Mar is located in Lanzarote’s playa Blanca. Set 250 metres from the beach, this property has a spacious open-plan living area. The living room has sofas, dining table, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There are 3 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware are included in the kitchen area. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is located in the touristic and lively area of Playa Blanca. You can find shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of the property, on the seafront. Papagayo Beach is a 10-minute drive from the apartment and Lanzarote Airport is 27 km away.

Beautiful apartment over the promenade with excellent views. Perfect if you are looking for going to the beach only with towel on your hands or you enjoy running in the morning over it.s 10km pedestrian promenade. The house can accomodate 6 people in three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it has full kitchen and large dining lounge area Promenade, restaurants, coffees, supermarkets... all in walking distance
