IMPORTANT : 3° WITHOUT LIFT The apartments of 80m2 are located in a family residential area with 24h private security, near the beach and train station perfect for reaching Barcelona in 40min. They are on third floor without elevator with excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea or pool from the terrace. The three bedrooms consist of 2 double beds, a bunk bed for two people and a single bed. The two bathrooms consist of shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, AC, good internet connection and private parking space in the building. There is also a recreation area with table tennis, mini golf and two swimming pools (adults and children) open from 9 am to 11 pm. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay. PETS (ONLY DOGS) ARE WELCOME WITH AN EXTRA COST OF 30 EUROS PER STAY TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK IN We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle in the reserved parking space. The parking space is for small and medium-sized vehicles.
