Apartment with Tourist License This flat has been renovated and refurbish recently. Tastefully decorated. Ideally located in the best part of the old town of Puerto del Carmen, walking distance to the harbour and its numerous restaurants and bars, in a private quiet complex with swimming-pool and solarium. Bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen (everything you need to cook, oven, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, etc) and comfy sofa-bed. Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe, and a walk-in shower room, with toilets and bidet. It also has a sunny terrace with sea-view. Free WIFI access. Air conditioning. Flat screen TV with hundreds of channels ( English, German, French, Spanish, sports, etc) It is very confortable up to 3 peoples. Children welcome ( babies under 2 stay for free; travel cot available upon request, complementary). Property smoke free, however smoking is permitted outside. No parties allowed. Children must be under strict supervision of parents all the time at the swimming-pool. Easy free parking in the street. Very comfortable up to 3 people + 1 baby. Pool towels provided on request Our friends Dogs are allowed on request

Welcome to Apartment PORTONOVO =) Your host will be Louise To preserve our environment, we strive to respect the principles of sustainable tourism. We ask everyone to use water and electricity responsible. It is for this reason that the air conditioning is paying, do not worry air conditioning is not expensive and not really necessary because there is air in Lanzarote and the nights are cool. Our friends Dogs are allowed on request provided they pick up their excrement. Deposit: We do not ask for a deposit but if something is broken we will ask you to replace it.A check out will be done before your departure
Nestled on the coast in the southern central part of the island, Puerto Del Carmen is only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife Airport and is a convenient place from which to explore Lanzarote’s tourist and cultural attractions. Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent seafood restaurant. The town has been saved from the high-rise buildings that blight so many other destinations due to the strict planning restrictions. If sun and sea are your thing, then the 6 kilometers stretch of golden beaches should be enough to tempt you. Many Sports are available here, both on land and in the water. There are a number of diving schools and windsurfing centres in Puerto del Carmen. Swimming, cycling and running are also very popular, with various bike hire shops along the main beach promenade. The Lanzarote IronMan triathlon, which is a major international athletics event, every May / June. There also a new golf course. There are well over 100 restaurants on Avenida de Las Playas alone, with menus to suit all tastes and budgets. There also are a wealth of shopping opportunities available.
