Please note that if your check-in time will be after 8:00 p.m., you must let us know so that we can deposit your keys in a keybox so that you can collect them independently. For the payment of the security deposit, you have the option to pay it physically at the agency during our business hours or do it remotely through a secure payment link from BBVA bank. This deposit will be refunded within seven days after your departure, subject to verification of the property.
