It is a cozy and bright apartment, located in an old building, which was completely renovated 10 years ago. Its floor, windows and wooden shutters, intensify its charm. It has two heating systems adjustable from the inside, and air conditioning in all rooms. It has an elevator, video intercom, security lights and is accessed by vehicle to the portal. Less than five minutes away there is taxi, urban bus and tourist train ,that runs through the city and Alhambra, as well as supermarket and bars and restaurants of many different trends and nationalities. The apartment has coffee maker, kettle , toaster, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils and cleaning. Bed and bath linen is provided, as well as cleaning and personal hygiene products. The views are spacious and captivating and the location is extraordinary, being in the center, about 10 minutes walk from most of the tourist attractions and about 15 of the enclosure of the Alhambra and Generalife, and Carmen de los Mártires and its beautiful gardens.

The Realejo is a historic, central and lively neighborhood, in which the usual neighbors live, with tourists and students from the School of Architecture and the School of Modern Languages, located in five minutes from the apartment. Its many bars, restaurants and terraces of very varied styles (traditional Spanish food, gastrobar, Mexican, Italian, vegan, Asian, Argentine, takeaway ...), make it a well-traveled neighborhood. If you come to ski to Sierra Nevada, you enter almost directly from the road of the Sierra to the neighborhood.
