The Apartment Eva is located in the centre of the provincial capital Cádiz. It impresses guests with its ideal location as well as with its modern, tastefully decorated interior. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a bright living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Wi-Fi, fans and cable TV are also included. On the balcony, which is equipped with a small seating group, you can relax, enjoy the view of the surrounding houses and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic location in the very heart of the old town, which is why shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The Plaza de España and a bus stop are only 100 metres away and the main railway station can be reached after a 10-minute walk. The nearest beach, Playa de La Caleta, is 1 km or a 13-minute walk from the accommodation. For days at the beach, the house owner provides a beach kit that includes sunscreen, beach towels, a parasol, beach chairs, a beach bag, rackets and beach ball for play and sports on the beach. There is a public parking lot near the house. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A babysitter can be provided if requested in advance and for an extra charge.
