Francisco was born in France but he always lived in Murcia (southeast of Spain) until six years ago, when he moved to Madrid. Cristina was born in Murcia and she always lived there until 1 year ago, when she also moved to Madrid. Francisco studied Sociology in Murcia and he had a scolarship in Santiago de Chile (8 months), another year in Boston (3 months) and his Erasmus program in Wroclaw-Poland (10 months). Cristina studied Translation and Interpreting for English and French in Murcia, she had a scolarship in Paris (10 months) and she worked in London and Paris once she had finished her studies. Currently, Fran is working in a Market Research Agency, while Cristina is working in a Spanish school for foreigners. We are family and we live together in Madrid, very close to the apartment, so if you need anything, we can help you very quickly. We are also keen in meeting new people and learning new things from them.

We rent our apartment to enjoy the most of your trip to Madrid. The apartment is very close to the city center. The metro stop closest to the apartment is "Marqués de Vadillo" (Line 5) 4 stops connects you to La Latina and 5 stops with Opera. The apartment has an area of 75m2. We have 3 bedrooms with doublebed and two bathrooms. The apartment is perfect for 3 couples or a couple with 2-4 children. Each room has its own closets for clothes and luggage. Information to be highlighted: Check-in until 22h - Check-in free of charge: From 16:00 to 18:00 - From 18:00 to 20:00 20e will be charged. - From 20:00 to 22:00 30e will be charged. - After 22:00 50e will be charged on request. Due to the rules of the flat, no entrance fees are accepted. Please note that last minute bookings may be subject to a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (at 18:00 h).

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a multicultural and traditional neighborhood. Has many amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is next to Madrid Río Park, a large park on the banks of the Manzanares River, which is perfect for stroll and enjoy the surroundings. If you come to Madrid by car, the neighborhood is perfect, because you can leave the car parked on the street without paying additional parking.
