The location is excellent and very close to the centre of the old town, The road is extremely narrow but there is still traffic along the road. On the other hand, the flat is very quiet indeed so no problem with sleeping. Unfortunately, the taxi driver dropped us a few hundred metres away and at first we could not find the address. However, Cozy Minty Stay were available and helped us find the right address. We were very glad that someone was available at the other end of the phone.

In addition to local recommendations, your arrival coordination and the attention to any inconvenience; we provide services (upon request and with an additional cost) such as: regular cleaning, bed linen and towels replacement, laundry or transfer service from/to the airport or train station. Last but not least, at Minty Host we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations set by ICTE. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space.

Minty Stay offers you this beautiful apartment, fully furnished and equipped in La Alfalfa neighborhood. This functional apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 50 sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower plate, whereas second bedroom has two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an American kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with four seats, a crib and flatscreen TV. There is a split heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
