Altavista Villa boasts an outdoor pool, sun deck, barbecue facilities and a furnished terrace with sea views. Located in Sitges, the villa is 2 km from the beach. Featuring plenty of natural light, this air-conditioned accommodation offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and Playstation 3. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area includes a wooden dining table and sea views. Altavista Villa comes with a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a triple bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms with a bath or shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside of the villa many areas allow you to enjoy the pleasant temperatures with a light breeze day and night 25º. Villa size: Three hundred and fifty square meters of external terrace. We recommend a vehicle to go up and down the community. The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. 30 minutes from Barcelona, ​​20 minutes from the airport. House protected from the wind. Very quiet area, the hill protects. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms fan in Chillout & Lounge. 3 floors: complete floor (living room, terraces, chill-out, pool), 1st floor (full equipped room, dinning room with terraces, 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds), 2nd floor (Suite with dressing room and bathroom + 1 bedroom - double bed + single bed or 2 single beds - + 1 bathroom).
