The apartment has a sunny, private garden with a lawn and colourful plants and a patio. There is direct access from the garden to 2 communal swimming pools and a grassed common area. Located on the ground floor the apartment is inside a gated complex with its own parking space very close. The apartment is fully furnished. The two bedrooms have 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the private garden through French doors. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is another bathroom opposite the second bedroom. The living room has 2 sofa beds, satellite TV and a DVD / CD player. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. The large French doors open onto the garden and patio which has table and chairs to make the most of outdoor dining or relaxing on the sun loungers. There is central air conditioning throughout the house to ensure a comfortable stay in both summer and winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven, and a kitchen table with chairs. Costa Esuri is a complex in Ayamonte situated in 80 hectares of unspoiled nature with a golf course, close to many beaches in Spain/Portugal.

We are a couple who love to travel. We mostly travel around Spain and Portugal but also enjoy going to Europe or Canada (where Jeff is from). We love our apartment because it is close to the beach and also has many nearby routes for hiking and biking. We use our holiday apartment throughout the year as there is always something to do - explore nearby villages and beaches, day trips to Seville, Faro or Lagos, or longer trips in Andalusia, Spain or the Algarve, Portugal.

Our apartment is enclosed in a gated community so for us its like staying in a small village where everyone knows each other and our children can spend the whole day in the communal area in the swimming pool or playing with friends. We spend our days around the swimming pool getting a tan or going to one of the many nearby beaches. At lunch or dinner time we enter our private garden through the gate and eat outside on the shady patio before heading out to the pool again or sleeping a siesta. Our community is surrounded by a pinewood forest with plenty of trails for hiking and biking. There is a first-class 18-hole golf course within the Costa Esuri complex about 5 minutes from the apartment by car. There is a good restaurant/bar in the golf course club house and a nearby shop with a wide variety of essential goods and a terrace for having a drink or a light lunch/dinner/snack.
