In a quiet, well-kept residential area in Chiclana de la Frontera, the apartment Aldea del Coto is located on the first floor of a residential complex and offers space for 4 persons. The modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment has a living-dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating and - for the little guests - a baby cot and a highchair. Outside you will find a covered, furnished terrace for private use, a spacious, lovingly laid out community garden as well as a pool, a children's pool and outdoor showers, which are also shared with other residents and guests of the complex. A shopping centre as well as numerous restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The famous sandy beach, Playa de la Barrosa, is 1.5 km or 4 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. Pets are not allowed. Childcare can be arranged on request and at extra cost.
