The Apartment Vistamar is located in a very well-kept complex almost directly at the sea and at the fantastic beach of Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and ATMs are within walking distance. The apartment is a duplex on two floors, so there is plenty of space for the large family. The apartment has two terraces, the lower terrace has a sitting area with sun loungers, the upper terrace with exit from the first bedroom has a rattan lounge sofa where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. From the two terraces you have a side sea view and you can see the Teide. The cosy living area has a living room with dining room and flat screen TV with satellite programmes and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge and freezer, a microwave, as well as toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a double bed and a direct exit to the upper terrace.

The Parque Santiago II complex is located in the quietest and sunniest area of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in southern Tenerife. Directly at the so-called 'golden mile'. This apartment is located directly at the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location, but nevertheless in a quiet residential area in the probably most popular holiday resort in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large pool with a very well-kept and beautifully landscaped garden. There is also a children's pool, a pool bar and a cafeteria, where you can have a snack in between. Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a pool shop and several hairdressing studios. From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the sea and over the shopping street, which invites with many restaurants and shopping possibilities for shopping and strolling. Nevertheless, the location is relatively quiet. Enjoy the well-kept surroundings during a walk along the beach promenade which is several kilometres long and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops.
