Our cozy apartment is located in historic Madrid, in the center district. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator. We take care of the cleaning and the order as our priority. It has a completely silent bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed where another person or a couple can sleep. In addition, it has a table to eat or to work if you needed it. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is high speed WiFi, air conditioning and individual heating, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes line. You do not have to worry about towels, sheets, shampoo or shower gel, because you will have all these at your disposal. You will also find some welcome kit, as well as coffee, sugar, infusions and some snacks.

I welcome you to Madrid and I wish you a pleasant stay in this exciting city. As a host, I am willing to offer you my house to relax and feel comfortable after a whole day visiting the city. I treat my guests as I like to be treated when I travel. I love cooking and the Spanish cuisine so I will gladly share my gastronomic passion with people from other countries.
