The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 1 bathroom including a walk in shower. A child crib is also available with guiding max age for up to 2 years old. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining area has a six-seater table/chairs (plus a high chair for kids). Sitting area has two sofas and a 47" flat screen TV which includes apps like Netflix, there is also Xbox available for kids to play Free WiFi is included On the ground floor there is a patio with french doors, a little courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning breakfast On the first floor with a separate entrance there is a small studio apartment with one bedroom (with king size bed) & en-suite. There is also a little launderette area with Bosch washer and separate dryer machines. The terrace has been recently upgraded to new tiles and extra lounge area designated BBQ with table and chairs, also safety gate for the kids has been installed for their protection. This semi-detached property is located in the peaceful surroundings of the Spanish town of Torrevieja. The village is situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca and the villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees. This location is lovely and peaceful environment which has a very private setting, or if you want it can be an engaging community feel with a handful of other villas around. There are plenty of places to eat within 10 mins drive or within walking distance to local watering holes/pubs. Lots of adult & kids activities at nearby beaches. They are open all year round. Walking distance to the beach is 2-30 min. Golf Courses - So many within 30 mins drive and its a real great location to base yourself to play many great championship courses and enjoy their country clubs. LA Manga Golf Resort is only 1 hour away!
