A special attraction is the leisure lake with sunbathing lawn for swimming, sunbathing and boating. Here you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family. The bright and spacious vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. The well-kept apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished and has a special charm due to its wooden construction. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a corner bench, where you can spend convivial evenings with the whole family. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside through the panoramic windows. The large south-facing balcony with awning and garden furniture invites you to relax. The surrounding garden area is shared with the vacation guests of the apartment on the first floor. There is a staircase to the attic in the living room, but this is not part of the rental. There is plenty of space for children and teenagers on the numerous play areas and playgrounds. In bad weather, there are several table tennis tables available (bats and balls are provided). In winter you can go ice skating or curling.
