Especially the magical ambience at the foot of the BAVARIA, the monument of the Theresienwiese, when illuminating majestically in the evenings has always been fascinating guests and locals. Because the apartment is in a street with dead end, its though very quiet. The location of Theresienwiese is perfect for city trips because it is in-between of the old town, the main station and the scene-districts.
