Paradise for individualists! Be welcome as an environmentally conscious guest in an architectural monument from 1664. A nature experience in every season. This is located in an idyllic outskirts of Hinterhermsdorf - in the border of the National Park of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. The spacious holiday apartment "Kulturgenuss" was completely completed in 2018, newly equipped and expanded ecologically with great attention to detail. The large living area with sleeping loft for children opens up a wonderful view of the valley and the deliberately natural plot. Bathroom + kitchen offer all the prerequisites to comfortably furnish and feel comfortable over a longer period of time. A comprehensive selection of sophisticated books and games is available to you. WiFi and a high-quality music system are available. A television was deliberately avoided. If necessary, another bedroom can be provided, which can be accessed directly from this apartment. Apartment "Kulturgenuss 2" is ideal for 2 people as hikers, connoisseurs with an oven, 2 bathtubs, mini kitchen, large vestibule for equipment. A particularly authentic place for guests worldwide who appreciate and love everything natural
I have been living here as a freelance artist since 1988 and my four children grew up there. My field of activity extends from creative work with children and adolescents to the realization of art in construction and in open spaces in a wide variety of materials as well as teaching activities on design principles and ceramic courses. 25 years ago, the "Kulturwerkstatt Hinterhermsdorf" developed as an extraordinary place of communication for people with creative basic needs, forms of expression and an open mind. Courses for interested vacationers and locals in the studio and use for Qi Gong and yoga are possible by arrangement in the studio. The sources can only be reached against the current.
Hinterhermsdorf is a resort town that has grown over a century of history, right on the cross-border national practice of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland, with a very well-signposted route system to walk through the rocky landscape at any time of the year or to explore by bike. The large plot with a slope offers you many opportunities to discover, relax with seating and a view of the national park. An ideal place to relax with lots of space and encounters with animals who live undisturbed here. In Hinterhersmdorf you will find restaurants, a village shop with fresh baked goods and numerous hiking destinations directly from the village. I am also happy to give my guests tips on discovery tours that not only affect the frequented natural beauties of the region and cultural metropolises Dresden and Prague. In addition to the small and large museums on both sides of the border, there are deep gorges and suddenly rising rock castles to be discovered in the bizarre sandstone formations. That is why a weekly arrival in this region and yourself as a guest is worthwhile. Welcome to slow down!
