Great 75 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, high quality bathroom, small terrace to the courtyard. You will sleep in comfortable box spring beds, if required, sofa beds can be folded out and prepared, for the little guests we provide baby beds and high chairs free of charge. A cosy get-together with a view of the beautiful inner courtyard of the house is possible in the kitchen-living room. The popular old building flair is created by the wooden floorboards and the old apartment doors, especially the imposing double door between the two bedrooms creates a noble atmosphere. In the freshly renovated bathroom you will find new elements including a bathtub and a washing machine with dryer function, practical for families.

A traditional Schöneberg neighbourhood just around the corner, the Crellekiez offers a cosy coffee house atmosphere, a central square with a playground next door - just the way the Berliners love and appreciate it. Down the street you come to the intersection of Kleistpark, where David Bowie once lived. Crossing the Monument Bridge you gradually reach Kreuzberg, a district of alternative living that is known beyond Berlin's borders, which has partially retained its face to this day and, despite its location as a core district, exudes a serenity and diversity that would be unthinkable in neighbouring Mitte.
