The studio flat (30 sq. m) is placed on the mansard floor and comfortably furnished. With a small kitchen, double bed and sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, dining area, shower + wash room. Kitchenware, towels, soup, bedclothes are included. The kitchen-area is integrated into the living-space. The house is located on a hill, in a quiet beautiful place, with the Alps-view from the windows. It is close to the big lake Alpsee (15 min by foot) and to the mountain trails. Here one can experience amazing open spaces. Horses and cows graze in meadows nearby.

Immenstadt-Bühl is an amazing place to have holydays all the year: skiing in winter, swiming in the lake in sommertime, hiking in the mountains in spring and autumn.The place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountain Immenstädter Horn. It is around 10 min by foot from our house to waterfall, 15 min - to the lake. One can buy fresh bio-milk and mountain bio-honey in Bühl. There are a lot of nice cafeterias and restaurants in the city and around the lake. Allgäu is absolutely unique place, especially Oberallgäu. This area is notable for its beautiful landscapes and is popular for vacations and therapeutic stays. It is well known in Germany and all over the world for its farm produce (food is so tasty here!), especially dairy products including "herdsman's cheese" and "hill cheese", a generic alpine product also from Austria and Switzerland. Getting around To reach the nearest bus-stop is 10-min-walk needed. For sure, the best way to travel here is to go by car. One can rent a bike in the city as well.
