In the living-sleeping area, on the one hand, a comfortable sofa, LCD satellite TV, DVD, stereo system, and on the other hand, a high-quality Tempur bed invite you to rest and relax. Separate from this is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Shower room, 2 separate toilets. The apartment is equipped with laminate flooring and, like the building, is continually maintained. Free WiFi hotspot. There is a patio for smokers with seating as well as a home gym for sports enthusiasts. Large lockable room for bicycles. For guests who do not arrive by train, a underground parking space is available for a small fee upon request (not included). Reservation needed. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Occupancy for 3 people is possible, and a guest folding bed is also provided in the sleeping area. Due to animal hair allergies, no pets are allowed. Minimum age 18 years. Currently newly renovated surroundings. End of the construction project in February 2024 after more than 2 years, although Google Maps still shows old pictures of the construction site. Briefly about me: I grew up in Neustadt, a (former) butcher in the 3rd generation and have been running my holiday apartment since 2014 (on Booking since 2017) and really enjoy my work. Cleanliness, service and friendliness are very important to me. Among other things, I am a passionate motorcyclist, enjoy doing sports and traveling (to Italy, for example). En seulement 4 à 5 minutes, vous atteignez la zone piétonne, la place du marché historique avec sa fontaine, de nombreux restaurants, cafés ou le marché hebdomadaire (3x/semaine d'avril à octobre). Intéressant pour les voyageurs en train : la gare principale, comme celle de Saalbau, se trouve à seulement 7 minutes à pied. La forêt du Palatinat est à votre porte pour faire de la randonnée. Spire, Edenkoben, Bad Dürkheim, l'idyllique Helmbachweiher dans la vallée d'Elmsteiner ou la petite mais belle piscine extérieure de Mussbach sont facilement accessibles en vélo.
