In May/June 2017 we completely refurbished a separate granny-flat and rent it to holiday-guest now. Our house is situated at the end of a blind alley on the shore of the beautyful Hemmelsdorfer See. The one-room-appartment with a modern separate bathroom is 380 sq ft big andcoffers its own patio with evening sun and a little garden. BBQ is possible. The interior includes a 5.5 ft doublebed, a sofa, diningtable at the window, and a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, water boiler and Nespresso machine. Of course you will have TV, W-Lan, radio/CD and DVD. We also have a small traveller bed and a highchair for small kids. You will find Hemmelsdorf 2 miles inland of Timmendorfer Strand at the correspondent natural lake. At our house starts a little walking trail directly on the lakeshore to a nicely situated restaurant which offers mainly fish. In a few minutes you can reach Timmendorfer Strand and the beach by car or bike. Here you find lots of gastronomic offers, shopping and supermarkets and different sport activities in the heart of the beautyful Lübecker Bucht. The old Hansetown Lübeck with its famous medieval city is only 10 miles or 15 highway-minutes away. The price includes beddind and final clean-up. You may bring your own towels or can have it against surcharge. Wellcome!
