On the vacation home property there is a pond with a small island, where fish, ducks and geese cavort.not far from your vacation home you can reach the cross-country skiing trails at the nearby golf course and further cross-country skiing trails can be found in the entire valley basin as well as in the various mountain valleys. For downhill skiing there are many possibilities at the Westernberg, Unternberg, Hochfelln and the snow-sure ski paradise Winklmoos-Alm located between Ruhpolding and Reit im Winkl.
