Situated there in a quiet and green zone, the 84 m2 holiday apartment "Erben" is located on the first and also the top floor of a country house. The comfortably furnished flat has a living room with sofa and dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet and an additional toilet and offers space for 4 persons. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, fans, a television with satellite reception, a baby cot and a high chair for children. A small separate room can be used for luggage storage or as a playroom for accompanying children. On your own covered balcony with dining area and view of the countryside, you can relax and enjoy a relaxing end to an eventful holiday. Hiking and biking trails start practically at the front door. In the village itself there are two grocery shops (600 m and 1.2 km), within a radius of 3 - 5 km you will find further shopping facilities and several restaurants. The railway station is only a few minutes walk away (600 m). With the guest card you can travel free of charge in the whole district by bus and train. The shore of the Untersee and a lido are only 5 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Pets are not allowed.
