Property was exactly as advertised online: Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and very accommodating for a family with young kids. Our travel timeline changed and I ended up arriving 3 hours later than I'd anticipated, but the host had been in contact with me through the day and there was no problem. He met me on the street, showed me where to park, and gave me the keys.

A stunning view of the rich and picturesque forest opens from the panoramic window of the living room, with an area of almost 40 square meters. Unforgettable views of the old town will open to you from both bedrooms. The living area of the apartment is 82 kV. m. Our apartment is located on the sixth floor in the house with a new and excellent working elevator. The house with the name "Triplex Residence", built in the most prestigious area, was awarded with awards for the best architectural solution. This new residential complex is located at the foot of the mountain, facing the forest, next to the historic city center and the springs. There is a reception in the house, and the whole territory is equipped with video cameras. Near the entrance there is free parking during the day, and a paid, 24-hour, secure parking is located just three minutes from the house. A children's playground is within walking distance. All equipment, including a huge TV, a dishwasher, a new hob, an oven, a microwave, a two-compartment refrigerator and a washing machine with a dryer, as well as furniture and dishes were purchased in the summer of 2017.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, within walking distance are such spa hotels as the famous "Imperial" (2 min), in the foyer of which everyone can drink water # 1 and "Sansussi" (3-5 min) with a wide range of services of a spa, including a cryo-capsule. Food store in a 2-minute walk. At a distance of 2-5 minutes walk there are several restaurants with Czech, Russian, European and Georgian cuisine. Right in front of our house (1-2 minutes walk) is a sports complex with tennis courts, a chic gym. Nearby is located and equipped with whirlpools and a jacuzzi pool at the hotel, where you can come for a small fee. Pedestrian forest routes are laid right behind the house. A short walk from our house is one of the best Czech clinics in the field of cosmetology and plastic surgery.
