Wireless internet connection, lots of storing space for your luggage. As the disposition of the studio is atypical and unique, most of the furniture is tailored made, we support a local joiner. Even though the studio is located in the basement (a renaissance cellar!) it has a fresh and cozy feel to it. You will, or course, have the studio all for yourselves.

Hello, My name is Vít. Me my brother and sister are running this project that started with a major reconstruction of a renaissance cellar. We have designed the interior as a multifunctional space there is possibility to fold the bed so workshops, lectures, business meetings and parties are possible and finally of course accomodation that has all the details to make you feel like home. We have tried to build a community that would use the place whole year through. Well we now focus more on the accomodation and we sell the place to travelers. The area is very safe and cosy, there is a tram stop (Malostranske namesti) 5 mins walking distance and metro (green line A – Malostranska ) is the next stop on the tram. Total travelling time from the doorstep to the airport is 45 minutes. Just across the street, there is a typical Czech restaurant with decent prices, in the neighbourhood there is a little grocery shop and bakery, a few cafés and bars, even a very good jazz bar.

It is a very lovely neighborhood. The original population of the area was Italians that were coming to Prague after the huge fire in 1541 to rebuild the district for high nobility that bought lucrative parcels. They were living and working in the district on many palaces. Today the neighborhood is called the palace district. Your future neighbors are mostly residents there are few more accommodation capacities in the street. On the opposite side of the street is a very good Czech restaurant. There are tree parking spots that are reserved for the inhabitants of the building 22 so as it is shared. it may happen to be taken but in that case, it is possible to park on the sidewalk as well.
