It is a perfect alternative to hotel stay for corporate relocations, business trips, interim housing or short stay. Guests can enjoy a quiet stay and park views in the heart of the city. The apartment is equiped with home alarm system with 24/7 monitoring option. To make you feel like home, the apartment is air-conditioned and central heated, fully equipped with a modern kitchen with build-in appliances, dining facilities, coffee maker, dishwasher, one and half natural stone bathrooms, laundry with tumble dryer, comfortable large bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with two single beds and ample living space featuring hi-fi home theatre audio system, TV with more than 160 international HD channels, fast speed internet to keep you connected. The location is in a very safe, quiet and truly cosmopolitan area with diplomatic missions, residences, and number of local and international business centres, including Interpred - World Trade Centre.

Kids can enjoy Kokolandia - an adventure park inside Borisova Graden. The apartment is within close proximity to the local restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and 20 minutes pleasant walk to the city centre and National Stadium through Borisova Garden. Arena Armeec is approximately 20 minutes walking distance. Joliot Curie Underground Station is just a 5 minutes' walk where you can get to the Airport or City centre within 5-7 min.
