Beautiful apartment complex. View of the sea and one of the pools, great location, quiet and comfortable place for a longer stay. Air conditioning in each room, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The apartment was very large and the beds very comfortable. A great place for families!

Dear guests, we, Kalina Resort EOOD, are providing our private apartments located in the territory of aparthotel “Grand Resort” which combines the two complexes “Panorama Fort Beach” and “Marina View Fort Beach”. Our clients have the opportunity of enjoying the whole infrastructure of the resort. The complex is situated on the Black sea beachfront in the resort town of Sveti Vlas, between the famous Sunny Beach and Elenite, overviewing a picturesque bay and the historic town of Old Nessebar. The serene Sveti Vlas is home to the Dinevi Marina, the largest and most luxurious yacht port in Bulgaria and an absolute must-see. The area of the resort is approximately 10 hectares, including impressive 3.5 hectares of green spaces and 3 hectares sports grounds, pools and playgrounds for children. The outdoor area is carefully designed to offer unique holiday experience for the whole family. Within the complex there are 2 restaurants, 10 swimming pools - one with artificial waves and one with jacuzzi, 4 swimming pools for children with water attractions, 6 children’s playgrounds, 2 grocery stores and shops for various beach accessories, souvenirs and clothing; bicycles for rent and a medical centre.

There is bus service available, which offers a quick and convenient way to visit the neighbouring resorts: Elenite resort is reachable in 2 min, Sveti Vlas is reachable in 3 min and last but not least, the centre of Sunny Beach is only 15 min away. The nearest beach, Robinson Beach, is at a walking distance of 200 m. Car hire and free public parking is available on site. Although most services are available mostly in the main season, you can stay in our private apartments all year round. The surrounding nature is breathtakingly beautiful. The positive effects of the fresh sea air and a walk along the beach combined with late afternoon tea with a view of the Old Nessebar, is a pleasurable experience during any season. In addition, almost 19 km network of stunning eco paths in the Sveti Vlas area are awaiting those, who wish to immerse themselves in pure nature. The nearest supermarket (outside the complex), which is open during the whole year is called Mercurii and is at 4.3 km distance from the apartments. There is also a grand market, called ‘Janet’ in about 12 km away, where you can purchase everything you need. The nearest airport, Burgas Airport, is 35 km from Marina View Fort Beach Private Apartments CTS. Varna Airport is at the distance of 105 km. You can order a transfer from/to the airport, which needs to be requested in advance, at least 2-3 days before your arrival. We speak Bulgarian, English and Russian.
