Apart Hotel Efir is located in quiet and calm area on 3500 sq. m land area, near the main street of resort complex Sunny beach, only on 350 m from the sea shore. The hotel has three independent from each other buildings, situated in the prairie of the park setting. The accommodation is in luxury studios and apartments. For the hotel’s guests there are available: nonstop shop grocery store, coffee-bar, pool with mineral water for adults and children section, rest area with free lounges and parasols, free unguarded outdoor parking (upon availability on the arrival day) and children’s playroom. For the safety and security of all guests the hotel offers safety deposit boxes at the reception at surcharge. The Reception is with working hours from 8 am to 8 pm. Each studio consists of a room with kitchenette furnished with utensils and everything necessary for self-catering, also bath and balcony. For guest’s comfort each studio has individual air-conditioner and cable TV. Apartments consists of a bedroom, living room, bath and balcony. The bedroom is furnished with wardrobe, beds, nightstand and dresser. The living room is furnished with sofa, food table and chairs, kitchenette with absorber, sink, fridge and a full set of utensils, air conditioner and cable TV. All baths are with bathtub toiletries, and the spacious balconies – table and chairs.
