The apartment (condo) consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, laundry room with a washing machine, and a balcony. The living room is furnished with a convertible couch that turns into a double bed if needed and a dining table for five people. The kitchenette includes everything necessary for preparing diner at home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom includes two twin size beds. Each room has its own air conditioner, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Additional amnesties include an iron, ironing board, detergents and etc.

The Sea Garden and the main beach are just minutes away from the apartment. The Casino and the famous Pier of Burgas are only five minutes away walking distance and the Summer Theatre, the Marine Station, the breakwater are only few additional minutes away. There are numerous outdoor playgrounds for kids in the Sea Garden available, as well as the “Flora,” the Sand Figures, swimming pools offering surfing classes for children and adults. There is a horse base, bikes available for renting, cafeterias, restaurants, and shops accessible within minutes from the apartment. The island St. Anastasia is 7 km away and it can be reached via boat form the Marine Station.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. Parking on the street during the week is permitted only if paid for. There is an open area for parking 3 minutes away driving from the apartment. The main walking street “Aleko Bogoridi” is 200 meters away where Burgas City Hall, the library, the church, museums, coffee shops, and restaurants can be found. The Bus Station and the Main train station are 7-8 minutes away walking distance. The restaurant “Golden Fish” is located right across form the apartment and many more can be found only couple of minutes away walking distance.
