The host was great and I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was always reachable and gave all the necessary instruction around the complex and the way around. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and I never had any issues with it. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach but also you're quite close to all the necessary facilities like supermarkets and local restaurants.

Looking from the flat's windows our guests can enjoy the corner's seaview and a well-groomed green areas around the building. Arena complex is the nearest complex to one of the biggest Bulgarian sand beach. There are 3 main Sveti Vlas sights located in 100-200 metres from the appartment: yacht club, seafront with great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and finally, recently built modern orthodox church. The descent to the sea shore is flat, which is convenient for the aged people. It takes only few minutes to reach the beach. At your disposal in 100-200 metres: free of charge equiped beaches and two swimming pools (adults, children), parking, various bars, restaurants, shops on the beach and around the complex, night club, concert hall, yacht club, SPA and a great number of entertainments.
Hi, Warm greetings from Markin family, living in two cities Paris and Tashkent. Not a long time ago we bought the 65 m2 appartment in Sveti Vlas resort near Burgas city, Bulgaria. This splendid resort is surrounded by mountains and conifer forests. As we are often on holiday in Bulgaria, this year our appartment will be available only in June, July and September. We love our cozy appartment with a wonderful sea view from angle and we hope our guests will enjoy it too. Best Regards, Markin family.
The Sveti Vlas Dinevi Resort is the luxury bulgarian resort surounded by mountaints and conifer forest. All entertainments are located near Arena complex, nevertheless the resort is well-known for its quiet atmosphere. The locals are pleasant and hospitable. Getting around The bus stop could be found in few steps from the appartment. Solnechniy bereg (5 mins), Aquaparc (15 mins), Old Nesebar, Burgas, Varna (15;30;30 mins respectively) Watch the tv programme "Neputevie zametki" about "Sveti Vlas Dinevi resort". The concert hall situated not far from the appartment organises children parties several times a week as well as evening shows for the adults. In addition, everyone can participate in fencing lessons which take place in the same concert hall during the day time. The tennis, basketbal and voleyball play grounds could be found in 7 -10 minutes by walk from the appartment. We advice you as well to visit Varna and Burgas.
