This beautiful villa is situated in Knokke-Heist, close to the Belgian coast. Ideal for families or friends, there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. This villa has a furnished garden for you to enjoy outdoor living. The sea and the lake lie 2 km from the villa. The local grocery store is only 600 m if you run out of your essentials. The nearest restaurant is 1 km away. A tennis court is 400 m from the villa whereas the horse riding can be enjoyed only 500 m away from the stay. Nothing more is required to enjoy a gala time with your loved ones when you have a living room with gas fireplace. A terrace is accessible if you wish to have an outdoor afternoon tea. There are 2 garages available for the guests. A recreation room with double sofa bed, table tennis table and billiards is accessible. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
