You can clean the accommodation yourself before departure or choose to use the cleaning service for a fee. The amount for final cleaning depends on the size of the accommodation. Cancellation insurance is automatically included in the rental price. Bed linen, pillowcases and towels are not included in the price. You will have to bring these yourself. Payment in advance by bank transfer is required. After you have booked and emailed your personal email address to our office, we will contact you for payment instructions.

Agence Ultimmo is a company that rents apartments in Koksijde, St. Idesbald and Oostduinkerke. We are open every day from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14 h to 18 h. On Wednesdays and Sundays and public holidays we are closed.
