This modern apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex right on the edge of the beautiful town of Maria Alm on the Steinernen Meer in Salzburgerland. The apartment has a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. From the sunny balcony you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The entire apartment complex is located directly opposite the Hinterreit family ski area with beautiful groomed slopes (approx. 3 kilometers of slopes) and 2 drag lifts. With the free ski bus you can reach the large Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes, which extends over the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach. This ski area offers 120 kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 cable cars and lifts. In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller Strandbad in Zell am See offer lots of swimming fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options such as the Prinzenberg Natrun with the Prinzensee and forest ropes course, From the holiday apartment you can reach the center of the village of Maria Alm, a charming and picturesque village, within 15 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants and shops, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and the tourist office. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.
